What to Know

The minimum age to rent any motorized equipment is 21 YEARS OLD
Anyone who is under 18 years old needs to have a parent or legal guardian sign the rental/liability forms
All persons aged 16 to 21 need to be accompanied by an adult who is 21+ out on the water (not from shore)
